Bharath Export is a leading Manufacturers and Exporters of wide range of cotton home textile products located at the cotton city karur, Tamilnadu in the Southern part of India, which was started in the year of 2005 with sound production background. Our company has diversified the products according to the customer needs and wants on the Global Scale.
OUR STRENGTH
Our strength lies in In-depth understanding of the industry and market needs, a competent team, excellent infrastructure and 15 years of experience making us one of the most reputed and reliable exporters of Home Textiles from Karur. Very short sampling time, Consistent quality, handling difficult packaging methods adds to our strength.
DESIGNING
Our skilled in-house design team creates around 200 designs of physical samples per year keeping in mind client interests and the changing trends every season. Our response to buyer requirements with an inspirational CAD gives us an edge over our competitors with quick turn around time and cost effective samples for our valued customers.

Dyeing
Our Cabinet Hank Dyeing Units and Fabric Dyeing Units have the capacity to produce 3000 kgs a day. We employ eco-friendly effluent treatment processes using Reverse Osmosis Water Treatment Plants in our dyeing units.
Weaving
Our Weaving Unit have a production capacity of 48,000 meters p.m. with in-house warping and cone winding facility. We also have contracts with more than 500 handlooms, power looms, and jacquard looms which adds to our strength.
Stitching
We have capable of handling bulk orders successfully with the help of 55 imported, high-end sewing machines with a dedicated Lay - Cutting facility and an Online Inspection Team maintaining stringent quality standards.
Checking & Packing
Packing has been taken care very much, a separate department has been there to taken over the packing. A separate packing manger with his skilled packing workers doing the packing at minimum time is our strength.
